A staggering 92% of your support ensures this life-sustaining resource reaches those in need.


2023 Highlights

The impact of active members has been immense, In 2023, local water challenges were met head-on, thanks to our community's collective efforts, providing 10 schools and an orphanage with fresh water, and convening stakeholders of 3 separate lakes and river organizations. We also wrote our first in a series children's book. "God's Plan for Water is Us! But this was just the beginning. Each solution, each success, is set to expand in 2024, reaching further and touching more lives.​

Rainwater Harvesting addresses Busia, Kenya, water challenges:



Jacob Khabenga writes: "Our village has access to clean drinking water, thanks to the efforts of the Global Water Works team. (Members of GWW provided counsel, design and funding for the village orphanage school.) We are harvesting the rain, storing the water and distributing it during the times of drought. Jacob is now sharing water with neighboring villages. We are planning to increase the capacity of the RainWater Harvesting System 4X to 180,000 liters of sto

RainReach provides water education and resilience for India's schools. Supported by the

of Water Action Forum's professional volunteers, these school programs are tailored to water-scarce Indian schools and the next generation of water stewards. Students learn valuable stewardship skills while helping to design and monitor rainwater harvesting systems.

300 Schools have registered for the training. Over 30,000 students will be impacted. In 2023 we reached 10 schools plan for 2024 is 50 schools. And Reaching into Africa.



Solutions span the water cycle - from rainwater harvesting to emergency water and lake restoration . The online platform supports multi-stakeholder water projects, allowing for 24x7 collaboration, file sharing, scheduling, recruitment and even polls within your group.


COMING IN 2024: God's Plan for Water is Us!  Co-Authors Violet Nash (10 yrs old) and Frank Slovenec joined forces with illustrator Mallory Chaput to write and illustrate "God's



Plan for Water is Us!" The book is through its first printing. It is being reviewed by influencers. A contribution of any size will help cover the $12,000 publishing and PR campaign to place this book in programs for 3rd to 5th grade students in Sunday Schools.

The groups work like Web sites, but offer so much more: group calendars, file-sharing, discussion forums, member directories and recruitment tools all in one place. Everyone is able to contribute, and everyone can stay connected without having to track down a phone number or email!

  2. Access to the Global Water Works knowledge base and member directory

  3. A means to feature your most important info and your thought leaders

  3. The Water Tower is housed at one of the nation's top-ranked utilities, and is a global innovation leader. This group engages water and wastewater operators who want to see the latest tech, earn CE credits or network with innovation leaders across the sector. 

  4. Prayer for Water Group - "Global Water Works" is our name as well as our prayer. God is answering this prayer daily through people like YOU! Let us know your prayer requests or join us for our 11 am ET prayer meetings every other Tuesday. 

  5. Lake Life: Prevent and Remediate HABsExperts, case studies and guidance docs reveal a way forward for lakes - out of the muck and algae - to support healthy citizens and environments.

  6. Lake County Lake Lovers is connecting 100+ lake experts, enthusiasts and students to support 170+ lakes across Lake County, Illinois. Check out this year's brochure and mark your calendar for the Third Thursday briefings!

  7. Lake Hartwell Partners for Clean Water is a committed team - spanning Georgia and South Carolina. Believe it or not, Lake Hartwell's shoreline - 951 miles - approximates California's shoreline due to its fingered structure.
