As the water workforce ages out and retires we are working to interest the Next Generation to enter the exciting field of water. Water has some of the most interesting technologies and interesting issues to deal with. Most important the impact water has is economic, social and on the health of all. No other industry, we can think of, has greater impact and with that greater opportunity.
