This week’s poll generated a lot of discussion. Most felt that all these items were important, but also that existing water professionals need to be active in mentoring the next generation of talent. Also, existing leadership needs to step up with existing and new technologies. And adding water industry vocational content in schools, including water issues on social media, in businesses and the community would help to attract the next generation as well.
